In this program you'll learn...

  • How intermittent fasting “works” in the body

  • The many benefits of IF, i.e. it’s not just for weight loss!

  • The basics of fasting: safety, what’s allowed on a fast, and breaking the fast

  • The different types of fasts, i.e. the 16:8 protocol is not the only way!

  • Learn how fasting can affect your hormones- both positively and negatively- so that you know how and when to fast for your health goals.

  • How fasting affects your gut and microbiome and how to use it to your advantage

  • How fasting affects your immune system

  • Learn how to cycle intermittent fasting to improve your health and performance in many aspects of life such as your menstrual cycles, work and exercise!

Schedule

  • Intermittent Fasting for Women will run weekly for 6 weeks. The sessions will be 60-90 minutes each.

  • Each session will involve an educational portion, as well as group discussion, support, and Q&A with Dr. Annie.

  • Next session dates will be in fall 2023 - sign up for the waitlist to be the first to know when the next session will run!

Investment

  • You will be charged after each session: $100/session

  • The total cost of the program is $600 (the cost of 6 hours of 1:1 appointment time with Dr. Annie is over $1500)

  • These program sessions may be covered under extended benefits plans, please contact your insurer to find out. You will be provided a receipt which you can submit after each session.

  • This program is for current patients of Ember Naturopathic. If you are not a patient but would like to participate in the program, you are free to sign up and we will contact you to schedule a short (30-minute) assessment to ensure this program is a right fit for you. The fee for this assessment is $75.
