At Ember, lab testing is a tool  not a starting point. It’s part of a personalized plan that begins with a thorough naturopathic assessment.

Whether we’re looking at hormone levels, nutrient status, gut health, or inflammation, we recommend testing based on your symptoms, history, and goals. We can provide requisitions for standard blood work and ship functional test kits directly to your door.

Lab testing is never done in isolation. It's part of a holistic process that starts with listening to you , because data only matters when it's placed in the context of your whole story.
