I’ve Been Where You Are — Tired, Frustrated, and Ready for a Change

Before I ever became a naturopathic doctor, I was the patient.  In my early 20s, I struggled with constant fatigue, unexplained weight gain, migraines, acne, and low self-esteem. I knew something wasn’t right — but I didn’t have the tools or support to make lasting changes.

As I studied Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, I began to connect the dots between nutrition, movement, and long-term health. And although I had seen Naturopathic Doctors throughout my life, it wasn’t until then that I truly started listening. That knowledge — and the decision to act on it — changed everything.

Inspired by my own transformation, I chose to pursue Naturopathic Medicine so I could help other women navigate their health challenges with clarity and compassion.

I earned my Naturopathic Doctor designation from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in BC and have been in practice since 2016, supporting women in reclaiming their health through personalized, root-cause care.

My approach combines science, genetics, and functional testing with a deep respect for the unique stories each woman brings to the table.I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all — I believe in listening, testing thoughtfully, and creating real, sustainable plans.

✨ When I’m not working with patients, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and two young kids, getting outside with our dog Kona, cooking something nourishing, or winding down with a great show.
